good breakfast friendly staff helpful advice different room soft spots exterior view
the breakfast was very good it included a wide variety of food options i chose something different each morning the staff were friendly i appreciated their advice i needed the hotel accommodated me with everything i requested
i booked a standard room with an exterior view the pictures online looked like they offered nice clean rooms i got a different room than advertised on the website upon exiting the fourth floor i noticed soft spots under the carpet it was important to be mindful of where i stepped

The room had an excellent size. I was very satisfied with the fabulous service I received. The location proved to be quite convenient for my travel needs.
The bed in my room was not comfortable. I observed some minor issues that suggest a decline in the hotel's condition. Specifically, there were dirty plug sockets.

i observed dirty plug sockets. the shower lacked warm water at times. it was the hotel called a random taxi instead of one they knew when i left a bag behind. a hotel of this purported standard should have maintained better care.
